Bold Foundations for a Young Creative Agency
Creating a simple but scalable identity system for a new generation of creatives.
Overview
UNKWN Agency is a youth-focused creative agency working closely with emerging creatives and modern digital culture. I helped establish the agency’s first formal visual identity, developing a clean and flexible brand system alongside a new website designed to give the business a stronger and more professional foundation as it continued to grow.
The Challenge
Prior to the project, the agency had been managing its branding and communication informally without a clear or consistent visual identity.
The challenge was to create a system that felt bold, contemporary and creatively confident while remaining simple enough to scale across social content, digital platforms and future client-facing materials.
As a young agency working closely with other young creatives, it was important that the identity felt modern and culturally aware without becoming overly trend-driven or visually complicated.

The Approach
The project focused on creating a stripped-back but confident visual identity that could give the agency a stronger sense of consistency and professionalism while still reflecting the energy of the people behind the brand.
I developed a clean visual system built around:
- bold typography
- minimal layouts
- flexible digital applications
- simple but recognisable brand elements
Alongside the identity system, I also designed a website that translated the branding into a more modern digital experience and provided the agency with a clearer platform to present both their work and creative direction.
The overall approach was heavily influenced by contemporary agency branding and minimalist identity systems commonly seen across modern creative studios and digital portfolios.
Outcome
The final identity gave UNKWN Agency its first cohesive and scalable brand system, helping establish a more professional and consistent external presence across both digital and social platforms.
The project also provided the agency with a clearer visual foundation as it continued building relationships with clients, collaborators and emerging creatives.
